Hello, I’m Hailey Curtis-Lloyd, founder of Kerbie’s Pet Pick Up & Services. My passion for animals and the inspiration for this business, comes from my sweet Yellow Labrador Retriever, Kerbie.
Kerbie was more than just a pet; he was truly my soul dog. He found pure joy in the simplest things, especially car rides and outings. Seeing his happiness on every adventure reminded me how deeply our pets trust and love us.
When Kerbie passed away nearly two years ago, I wanted to find a meaningful way to honor his memory. That’s when Kerbie’s Pet Pick Up & Services was created. A business built on the same love, excitement, and care that Kerbie brought into my life.
My goal is to provide reliable, compassionate pet transportation and care that gives owners peace of mind and pets the comfort they deserve. Every service I offer carries a bit of Kerbie’s joyful spirit; because to me, every pet should feel as loved and cared for as he was.

You can schedule a pick-up through our online booking system or by calling us directly. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Our vehicles are equipped with secure crash tested crates that have been professionally installed.

Absolutely! We know how important it is to know your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you're away. You'll receive regular updates, along with photos and/or videos, so you can see how your furry family member is doing. Whether it's a quick check-in visit, transportation service, or an overnight stay, we'll keep you informed every step of the way!
Our Meet & Greet is an important first step because it gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your pet, and it gives you the chance to get to know us! Since we'll be caring for your fur babies, we want everyone (pets and owners) to feel comfortable and confident before services begin.
During the Meet & Greet, we'll discuss your pet's routine, personality, medical needs, feeding schedule, and any special instructions. It's also a great time to answer questions, review our policies, and make sure we're the right fit for each other. Building trust from the very beginning helps ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved.
Yes! Kerbie's Pet Pick Up & Services is fully insured and bonded, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets and home are in the care of a trusted professional. We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care every step of the way.
A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your requested service dates. This booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled services.
The remaining 75% balance is due on the first day services begin, unless other payment arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
For all services, payment must be completed according to the terms provided at the time of booking. This helps ensure availability, proper scheduling, and the highest level of care for every pet we serve.
Accepted payment methods and payment instructions will be provided during the booking process.
